Silicon nitride ceramics is a new modern engineering materials with high strength, high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and many other excellent performance, widely used in metallurgy, chemical, mechanical and aerospace and other fields.
   Main Products: silicon nitride (Si3N4) industrial pump mechanical seal rings. Various shafts, bushings, the plunger, cylinder liner, bearing and other types of products. Thermocouple sheath pipes, gas flow pipe blast pipe ect,and other mechanical parts, blades, nitride powder ( which are corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance).
   Silicon nitride protection tube is widely used in metal casting industry, especially in the aluminum industry, its performance is more superior than the silicon carbide protection tube!

Our silicon nitride thermocouple protection tube is produced by cold isostatic pressing (CIP) biscuit molding, then machined to exact dimensions, and then put into the high temperature reaction sintering furnace,sintering. With this modern and advanced technologythe special ceramic products have high density and uniform size and high precision. Silicon nitride have resistance of aluminum melting. It is particularly suitable as thermocouple protection tube for measuring the temperature of the molten aluminum.
  Our company is now producing silicon nitride thermocouple protection tubes according to customer requirements. Protection tube ID:6-30MM,OD:10-40MM: Length: within 800MM.
