nitride protection tube is widely used in metal casting industry, especially in
the aluminum industry, its performance is more superior than the silicon
carbide protection tube!
Our silicon nitride thermocouple protection tube is
produced by cold isostatic pressing (CIP) biscuit molding, then machined to
exact dimensions, and then put into the high temperature reaction sintering
furnace,sintering. With this modern and advanced
technology,the special
ceramic products have high density and uniform size and high precision. Silicon nitride have resistance of aluminum
melting. It is particularly suitable as thermocouple protection tube for measuring
the temperature of the molten aluminum.
